I have lived in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago for 17 years and have been painting it most of that time. Chicago is a walking city, and all that time on the sidewalks has inspired many paintings. I really like my neighborhood and finding beauty in the ordinary, well-worn pieces of life I stumble upon.
